අන්තර්ජාලය හරහාම හදුනාගත් ශ්රී ලංකාවේ සහ පිට රටවල වෙසෙන ශ්රී ලන්කියින් විසින් ආරම්භකර ඇති වැඩසටහනකි. SLAID නම සංවිධානයක් පහිටුවා ගනිමින් ශ්රී ලංකාවේ 20000 කට අධික වකුගඩු රෝගීන්ගේ සුභසාදනය සදහා දායක වීමට අරමුදල් රැස්කිරීම මෙම අමු මිරිස් චැලේන්ජ් 2014 හි අරමුණයි.

Sl Amu Miris Challange campaign has initiated to raise funds for the people affected by Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in Sri Lanka
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are approximately 20,000 CKD patients undergoing care in the North Central Province (NCP), primarily in the most densely populated district of Anuradhapura, where the disease was first reported in 2000, recording the highest number of patients.
