Bring the #videoweb to your WordPress blog. TouchCast is a new medium that brings video and the web together. The TouchCast Embed Plugin lets you embed interactive TouchCast videos into your blog. As viewers are watching TouchCasts, they can click around on websites, images, and other video Apps (vApps) inside the TouchCast player to activate them. Once you install the plugin, all you need is a TouchCast video URL, which can be found by searching for the video on TouchCast.com or through the TouchCast iPad app (email a TouchCast to yourself to obtain the URL for any particular video).
Key features of the TouchCast Player plugin:
- Adds a TouchCast icon to the WordPress toolbar in editing mode.
- Inserts a TouchCast shortcode into the post
- AutoPlay option can be toggled on or off
- Auto Forward option continuously loads the next TouchCast on a given channel. This can also be toggled on or off.
- Height and width of the player can be specified
- Click “Insert” to add the shortcode to a post and embed the player.

Installation: in wordpress.org ./ your own hosted website
Download this zip file and upload the zip file to WordPress. Steps:
- 1.After you download the file, visit your WordPress Dashboard and find the tab for Plugins. Select "Add New."
- 2.Click the "Upload" tab and select the "Choose File" button to locate the .zip file on your computer. Once you find it, click "Install Now." Click "OK" to accept the plugin installation.
